Seriously one of my favorite fics ever. The writing style is so organic and raw and extremely creative. She takes these characters and makes them feel so real and the imagery she creates is so beautiful. Case in point:
The sky, as backdrop, all tasteless West Coast schlock; Sunset over Suburbs. The sun loves Penny and Penny loves the sun and between the two of them they are fearless and golden.
It's chock full of great stuff like that! I just now noticed that there's a part 2 & 3 up and I wish more than anything that I could stay up and read them but I fear I'm just too sleepy! *pouts*
